Returns

Our return process is extremely easy and hassle free. Thierry Rabotin will gladly accept returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 21 days of receipt of your order. You will be charged $10 for your return and $5 per extra additional pair.

Please visit ThierryRabotin.us to locate your order by clicking the Order Status link in the top of the page. You can file a return request by contacting us via phone at 607-203-9419 or via email at customerservice@theirryrabotin.us in order to obtain a return shipping label to use to ship your items back to us. This label is a prepaid shipping label for UPS. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 21 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 5 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. The easiest way to return your order is by phone at 607-203-9419 or email us at customerservice@thierryrabotin.us.

The return fees are as follows:

Contiguous United States- $10 ( $5 for extra additional pair) 
Hawaii and Alaska $30

Be sure to try your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside. This will allow you to test the fit without risk of damage. Any product you wish to return must be sent in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received. We cannot accept returns for used merchandise. Please note that if you paid a shipping fee, the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable.

Our hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9 am until 10 pm eastern standard time
Saturday: 9 am until 5 pm eastern standard time
Sunday: Noon until 5pm eastern standard time

All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation costs both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS FROM THE SALE AND OUTLET COLLECTION MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on clearance items.

Thierry Rabotin guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, click on order status link in the upper menu at thierryrabotin.us. You can also use the live chat on your right on every web page phone us at 607-203-9419 or email us at customerservice@thierryrabotin.us.

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want for an exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style color you want and then call customer service at 607-203-9419 or email us at customerservice@thierryrabotin.us to get return authorization and a prepaid UPS mailing label to send the item back to us as a return.

When you contact customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse. Exchanges do qualify for a full refund.
